Return & Exchange Policy
All our Auto Shades are vehicle-specific. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 15 days of purchase via WhatsApp or email at autoshades111@gmail.com with photos of the product and your vehicle, highlighting the issue. Include your order number as specified in your Order Receipt. We will respond within the same working day.
Issues covered:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect fit for your vehicle due to sizing issues
- Incorrect product received for the wrong vehicle
- Quality issues—not as depicted in pictures
Process:
- Provide photo evidence of the issue. Additional information may be requested to determine eligibility for an exchange or refund.
- Upon approval, we will first dispatch the replacement product and then arrange a pickup for the defective item. The replacement will be delivered within 5 working days.
Important:
If you're unsure which product fits your vehicle, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the incorrect product for their vehicle.
